I walked into the room,
Light broke on thousand voices
Each crying his own name,
Each longing for understanding
As he thoughtlessly raises monument
To incomplete ideas
It was the same conversation I had abandoned with disgust,
The same droning bleat of mindless children
Alone and confused and asleep –
Murmurs of justification and sanctification through mediocrity,
Resonant praise of broken logic.
That place is a hell,
A mire for the soul.
God save you all.
